Pop-Up at the Victorie Cup in Alkmaar — What an Amazing Weekend!

Last weekend, on Saturday, November 1st and Sunday, November 2nd, we had the pleasure of being part of the Victorie Cup in Alkmaar once again — and what an incredible experience it was!
This year’s pop-up was extra special. On Saturday, I was joined by Rowena, and on Sunday, Britt came along. I can’t express how happy I was to have their help — they both did such an amazing job.

It was super nice to talk with the riders, the people who stopped by, and the kids who were helping out — they made the day even more fun. We love being part of the Victorie Cup; it’s one of our favorite events of the year. The competition, the atmosphere, and the organization are always top-notch. This year we were lucky to be placed inside the hall, where it was nice and warm — such a welcome change! In between helping customers, we could even catch glimpses of the ice skaters gliding gracefully on the rink next door.

A Successful Pop-Up and a Boost of Energy
This pop-up was exactly what we needed. It was such a success, and I came home full of new energy and inspiration! Just before the event, we received a request to design new gift cards, and some of our lovely skaters — Lauren, Tasia, Annastasia, and Fae — helped me finalize the designs. (

Celebrating Our True Supporters
We also did something new this time: we took pictures of our supporters — everyone wearing or buying Goal Digger — in front of our banners! It was so much fun to capture these moments and celebrate the people who make our community so special. These supporters are the true ambassadors of our brand, and seeing them proudly represent Goal Digger filled us with pride and joy.
🏆 Outfits Spotted — Our Top 3 Podium Picks!
One of the most fun parts of every pop-up is seeing the amazing skating outfits! This time at Alkmaar, we continued our new tradition of celebrating our favorite looks from the event. After much deliberation, here are our Top 3 picks from the Victorie Cup:
🥇 1st Place – Star Hoen
Skater from the Advanced Novice Girls, Star finished 7th in this competition. We absolutely love her catsuits, a signature item for her, especially with this playful design! Her outfit truly reflects her style and personality on the ice.
🥈 2nd Place – Noa Hollenberg
Finished 4th in the Advanced Novice B Women. Noa wore an elegant deep red dress with lots of stones, and we were obsessed with the unique cut of the neckline — so sophisticated and eye-catching!
🥉 3rd Place – Ceylin Aydin
Placed 1st in the Junior B Women. Ceylin wore an amazing black catsuit covered in stones, which was lovingly made by her mother herself. Isn’t that incredible? We were in awe of the craftsmanship and sparkle!
We were blown away by the creativity, detail, and passion in each outfit!
