SHIPPING POLICY
Processing your order
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. The track and trace number will be sent to you by the email address used for placing the order.
Tracking orders
All orders are posted with a track and trace number, if you do not receive a track and trace number after 3-5 working days, please contact our support team at info@goaldiggersports.com or via our social media.
We are shipping from The Netherlands so there will be no duties and taxes upon import into the EU 27. Outside the EU consumers will be responsible for any import duties and taxes.

Is your country not available when checking out, please email us at info@goaldiggersports.com and we will make sure we can ship it to you!
IMPORTANT!
Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 4 days of delivery at info@goaldiggersports.com. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been worn, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example images e-mailed to us of the damaged item). We may also require you to return the item to our office.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsealed, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Sale items can only be exchanged if possible or for a credit note).
All items of the GOAL DIGGER sports website can be returned within 14 days from their delivery day at your own expense.
When you return a Product that is purchased via the goal digger website:
1. Email GOAL DIGGER sports for the return to email info@goaldiggersports.com including:

The order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

A clear picture of the product

Reason for return.

Add your track and trace number
2. Prepare your return parcel including:

All original packaging and product
-
Filled in the return form which you received from our Customer Service.

Return using your preferred parcel service.
3. Receive your refund
Once your item is received, please allow us 10 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Bear in mind that we do not refund the shipping costs of your original order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If this is not done within 72 hours of receiving the package we can not help further.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note all items being returned must be within the timeframe of the returns policy, unworn, with labels attached, and in the original packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund.
